Despite a challenging year for the precious metals industry, the 12th China Precious Metal Recycling International Forum got underway amid much fanfare in Nanjing from 30th Oct to 1st Nov. This much anticipated annual event is well attended by the who’s who of the industry as well as aspiring China-based and international businesses.
We went along to this year’s event not just to keep abreast of the latest changes in policies, regulations and standards affecting China’s precious metal recycling industry, but also to catch up with friends and business associates.
The grand gala on the final evening turned out to be an evening to remember. We met up with old friends and hobnobbed with the great and good. The show of camaraderie was overwhelming, and we’re indeed very honoured to be considered as an upstanding member of this close-knit community.
And the revelries continued well into the night… minus the mischief.
Yum sheng! Let’s toast to a better year ahead!
Beaming faces – some more crimson than others – all around.
